Ingredients
- 1/3 c old fashioned oats
- 1/2 c unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 apple, diced and cored
- 1/2 c vanilla or maple Greek yogurt
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a 16 oz mason jar listed in the order of ingredients above starting with the oats. Let sit in the refrigerator overnight. Mix and serve in the mason jar!
